MARIJANA BABIĆ represents domestic and foreign clients in business relations on the national and European market. She also represents foreign investors in acquisitions in Croatia. In her daily work, she has been working with foreign clients and cooperating with international law firms on cases with an international element. Business engagement includes, in particular, consulting in the area of corporate & finance law, contracts, regular business operations, business restructuring, competition law and project financing. She also has experience in commercial and arbitration proceedings, legal and operational due diligence and M & A transactions in taking over economic and technological units. She was particularly engaged in working on cases related to the following industries: real estates, oil & gas industry and energy sector, financial services and banking, pharmaceuticals, commerce and e-commerce, startups and manufacturing industry.
